Can you file a police report on a Hotel Mananger?

The manager from a Hotel called 'Kaanapali Hotel" in Maui, Hawaii states that I have been calling them THROUGHOUT THE DAY when my friend called them only TWICE. And they said we were prank calling but we WEREN'T. Piss me off. So can I file a police report? Is that harrassment? Because they were being REALLY un profesional. And excuse my spelling, I am really mad.
