I am in year two of a three year Ch13 Repayment plan.?

Since filing I have a 620 credit score due to the following, a secured credit card, a secured personal loan, and a secured car loan through a bank that has been paid back on time. My question is this, how long will it be before I can get financed for a home? I have been working in Dubai the past few years and have managed to earn pretty good money...tax free. I have a 20% down payment based on a home in the $300,000-$400,000 and a substantial savings account.
