Are Maui Jim sunglasses considered good quality/fashionable?

I recently got a pair of $300 Maui Jim sunglasses as a gift and up until now, I've never been really familiar with them (I've always just been familiar with Raybans, D&G, Bvlgari, etc.) . AreMaui Jims considered good quality and fashionable?
